This page covers the MACH Ventures website and its private founder portal. Product-specific services may have separate privacy information.
What we collect
If you send an inquiry: your name, email, message, and what it’s regarding — so we can understand and respond. The inquiry endpoint also uses request IP information for abuse prevention.
What we don’t
No analytics, no ad trackers, no marketing cookies, no fingerprinting.
Where inquiries go
Messages are stored as issues in a private GitHub repository for authorized team access. The website runs on Vercel, which processes ordinary request information and logs.
You can request removal of an inquiry through the contact form. We will review the request and any applicable retention requirements.
The private founder portal
Founder accounts use password hashes and a signed session cookie to keep access restricted. The portal stores project records, tasks, ownership, weekly commitments, decisions, and activity in its database so the founders can work together.
When a founder uses an AI feature, relevant portal context may be sent to the configured AI provider to answer the request. Access to operational records is restricted to authenticated portal users and authorized integrations.
